The BCHS entry in the pinata contest at the eighth annual Que Pasa Festival of Virginia in Richmond on Saturday, September 26th won third place out of the 25 school entries, and a cash prize of $300. Ten BCHS students were accompanied by Spanish teacher Gloria Lindo at the event sponsored by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as a cultural immersion festival of music, food & art.
